  1. Initial Design Concepts: If you receive the initial design concepts and none of them meet your expectations or requirements, you are eligible to request a refund. We want you to be completely satisfied with our designs, and if we are unable to meet your expectations at this stage, we will gladly issue a refund.

  2. Design Selection and Modification Requests: Once you have selected a design and requested modifications, the refund policy changes. If you have approved a final design or have requested modifications on a selected design, a refund will not be granted. We encourage you to provide clear feedback during the design process to ensure that the modifications align with your vision. Our team is dedicated to working closely with you to make the necessary adjustments until you are satisfied with the final design.

  3. Delivery Timeframe and Communication: We deeply respect the worth of our customers and understand the importance of timely delivery. We make every effort to deliver your designs on time as committed. In the event that we anticipate a delay in the delivery of your project, we will inform you in advance. However, if we fail to notify you of a delay and the delivery time has passed without receiving any prior communication, we acknowledge our mistake. In such cases, we not only offer you a full refund but also extend our sincere apologies. Additionally, we are committed to completing your project within the next 48 hours at no additional cost to you.

  4. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team and provide them with the necessary details regarding your request. We will review the request promptly and process the refund accordingly. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.

  5. No Refund Exceptions: It is important to note that once you have approved a final design or have requested modifications on a selected design, a refund will not be granted. This is because these stages indicate your satisfaction with the design progress and ongoing collaboration. Additionally, if the delay in delivery is due to factors beyond our control, such as technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, the refund policy may not apply. However, we will make every effort to communicate and resolve any such issues in a satisfactory manner.
